The goal is to ensure a friendly atmosphere in a touristic town like Jesolo. Since 1947, Cancian family is committed to managing this modest building, trying to keep up with the flow of time and improving the structure.

The main center of the social life in Jesolo, piazza Mazzini, is a few steps away from the hotel: you should not miss the walk along the pedestrian area of the city's main street during the summer evenings, with many shops to visit and the unmissable attractions that delight every evening with their originality. 

The hotel has a spacious air-conditioned room for breakfast and meals. The chef always tries to satisfy the most refined and demanding guests paying attention to customer needs by offering a choice of main courses of meat and fish, second courses, always with meat or fish, fresh vegetables or cooked side dishes, finishing with a flourish fresh fruit plates and pastries.

The hotel owns also an indipendent restaurant that occasionally takes care also of the hotel guests. Besides, the wood-burning oven bakes a delicious pizza which guests can enjoy as an alternative to the menu of the hotel. The menu is full of simple traditional and less traditional novelty dishes, to try while sipping the excellent house wine.

The 30 rooms are comfortable and recently renovated, equipped with TV, bathroom, terrace and air conditioning or heating, depending on the season, all reached by an elevator. The hotel is open the whole year. The rooms can be double or master. Guests have also free access to the hotel wi-fi service.
 
The beach service is available and included in the price: a little over 100 meters there is an area reserved for the guests equipped with beds and umbrellas and can be reached through the access to the beach from Piazza Mazzini.

The hotel has a small private parking area and it is easy to reach by car and by public transport.

Beside the hotel there is also an outbuilding: furnished apartments with bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, parking area, heating/air conditioning and TV.
