The Residence Madrid is located nearby the sea in a privileged position, central but quiet, along the longest pedestrian way in Europe. It has been completely redecorated.
The apartaments are very bright and wide, all disposed one or two bedrooms, one or two toilets, sitting-room with furnished kitchenette, TV-Sat, telephone, radio clock, hair dryer; in order to ensure our customers' comfort all the apartments are equipped with conditioning air and heating plant and, for your safeness, the main rooms have armour-plated doors.
At our Residence many other services are ensured: the possibility of carrying handicapped guests, a wide bar terrace, laundrettes, linen change and car parking and, of course, a wide private strand, furnished with beach umbrellas and lawn-chairs.
