The terms and conditions below apply to all services that jesolobeach.com make available both online, via e-mail and through our call centre.
When you access the jesolobeach.com website, use it and/or make a booking, you declare that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions shown below.

1. DESCRIPTION AND AIM OF THE SERVICE 

The jesolobeach.com website provides a technological platform that aims to put the managers of accommodation structures in Jesolo and the surrounding area in direct contact with users interested in them, in order to make booking a holiday easier.
By booking through the jesolobeach.com portal or through affiliated websites and portals that use our platform, you will create a direct contractual relationship with the accommodation structure you book.
Tourism structures on the jesolobeach.com website have their own administration panel protected by a personal password from which they have full control over their structure on our website, including prices and availability. 
For this reason jesolobeach.com cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for inaccurate information on the website itself.

2.  CATEGORY AND INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMODATION STRUCTURES

jesolobeach.com administration carries out a preliminary check on the structure on the website regarding its official classification, the description of the structure, its services and prices, etc.
Each structure on the website will be given its own administration panel with a personal password and will then, from that moment on, be wholly responsible for ensuring that information shown on the site is complete and truthful. 

3. COST OF THE JESOLOBEACH.COM SERVICE FOR USERS

Services offered by jesolobeach.com are completely free.
Nothing will be charged for booking or call centre services.

4. PRICES

Prices on the jesolobeach.com website are the official list prices for the accommodation structures

5. PAYING FOR YOUR STAY

The payment for your stay, as stated on your booking receipt, will be made directly to the structure booked , without account request from our tour operator: This one can ask also the total amount of reservations.

6. CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

Accommodation structures require your credit card details as a guarantee of the booking. 
Data you enter will be sent to the structure you have booked. In order to safeguard and encrypt your data, jesolobeach.com, uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. From the moment in which your data is sent to the structure, it will be solely responsible for its correct use and storage.
The tourism structure cannot use your data for any reason other than to verify that it is correct and cannot make any charge, except for late cancellations or no-shows (as shown in booking conditions). 

7. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW 

The standard conditions that jesolobeach.com applies to late booking cancellations or non-shows are as follows: 

    * No charge for cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date. 
    * Cancellations later than 7 days before the arrival date will be subject to a charge for the first 3 nights.
    * No-shows will be subject to a charge for the entire stay.

Note that some accommodation structures on our website may have different conditions. We therefore advise that you always consult the CANCELLATION POLICY in the detailed file on the accommodation structure during the booking phase. 

8. OTHER
Software used by jesolobeach.com to provide services and contents copyright for information and material on our website are the exclusive property of jesolobeach.com and its suppliers.
It cannot be used either in whole or in part without prior written authorisation from jesolobeach.com. The terms and conditions will be regulated and interpreted in accordance with Italian law and any controversy arising will be the jurisdiction of the Venice Law Court, Italy
