Towards new seasons 2026/2027, the Theater Review of the City of Jesolo presents this year nine performances of prose and dance, a new review titled “Other Paths” and two non-subscribed performances. The review is organized and promoted by the City of Jesolo in collaboration with the Regional Multidisciplinary Circuit Arteven. Enzo Decaro: The Imaginary Invalid. A journey into the theater of Molière and the Seventeenth Century, amidst wars, epidemics, dreams, and hopes. The family company of the Fratelli de Bruno from Nola travels through Italy headed to Paris, fleeing from the plague and transforming, along the way, their cart into a stage. Among surprising encounters, hunger, tricks, and performances of The Miser and The Imaginary Invalid, the journey intertwines Neapolitan and French theater, until arriving in Paris and Molière's death on stage.
