Tra Terra e Acqua
Over a hundred works including paintings, watercolors, and sketchbooks depict the Lagoon of Venice and the Valli di Jesolo through the perspective of six naturalist artists from the Ars et Natura collective, coordinated by ornithologist Fernando Spina. The exhibition path arises from direct field experiences and presents, with scientific rigor and artistic sensitivity, the evolution of one of the most delicate and strategic ecosystems in the Mediterranean. Among the featured artists is Federico Gemma, one of the most authoritative interpreters of contemporary naturalistic art and a member of the Society of Wildlife Artists. The works on display tell stories of habitats, species, and lagoon landscapes through travel sketchbooks, real-life observations, and studies focused on light and animal behavior, offering a thorough look at the ongoing changes in the Jesolo lagoon. The path proposes a reflection on the relationship between humans and the environment and the value of wetlands, which are fundamental ecosystems for biodiversity and the balance of the water cycle, increasingly exposed to the effects of climate change. In this context, the Lagoon of Venice and the Valli di Jesolo represent a strategic node in the migratory corridors of the Upper Adriatic, a stopover and wintering point for hundreds of thousands of birds each year. An invitation to get to know the lagoon and its transformations more closely through a perspective that combines art, science, and environmental awareness.

Sculture di Sabbia: " The Power of Change"
The title chosen by the Municipality of Jesolo (Venice) for the 28th edition of the sand sculpture exhibition in Piazza Brescia. It focuses on change as a generative force, capable of transforming, regenerating, and opening new perspectives. This is an exhibition suitable for families but at the same time profound and current, leaving a lasting emotional impression. Each work will become a visual narrative of progress and possibility, able to resonate with audiences of all ages. The city invites reflection on transformation, resilience, and renewal through sand works that celebrate positive evolution, growth, and hope. Memorie di Jesolo
Jesolo 1915: a journey through time The JMuseum presents “Portrait of an Era: Cavazuccherina – Jesolo 1915,” a handcrafted landscape diorama that reconstructs the historic center as it was over a century ago. Houses, town hall, church, inn, and school take shape in a detailed model, the result of careful research based on archival photographs. Among the most evocative elements are the navigable Cavetta canal and the docks for the vaporetto that connected Jesolo to Venice, testaments to a simple but vibrant everyday life. The work provides an authentic glimpse into the roots of the city, inviting a rediscovery of the sense of community that characterizes it even today. It was realized by three Jesolo citizens: Maurizio De Zotti, Graziano Danieli, and Nicola Bonotto. A tribute to the memory and identity of the territory. Elliott Erwitt Icons
A major exhibition dedicated to Elliott Erwitt (1928–2023), one of the most important photographers of the 20th century and a master of a gaze capable of telling the world with irony, elegance, and deep sensitivity. Curated by Biba Giacchetti, the exhibition brings together 80 of his most famous photographs: images that have become true icons of contemporary photography, capable of transcending epochs and cultures with an immediate and universal language. Through black-and-white shots of extraordinary visual strength, the journey guides the visitor through historical moments, scenes of everyday life, portraits of cultural and political figures, and situations observed with that subtle irony that characterizes all of his work. His photographs dedicated to dogs — often taken from unusual and surprising perspectives — are also renowned, as well as the romantic and poetic shots that have contributed to shaping the visual imagery of cities like Paris. The exhibition also fits into the celebrations for the bicentennial of the first photograph in history, the View from the Window at Le Gras taken in 1826 by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce, and represents an opportunity to retrace, through one of its most authoritative protagonists, the evolution of contemporary photographic language. A visual journey through irony, poetry, and the history of the 20th century through the gaze of one of the great masters of international photography.

Sulle sponde del Piave
There was a time when the Piave River mirrored bloody battles, violence, human ferocity, pain, and death; a time many years ago, yet still so relevant, dangerously close to us and absurdly concrete. Then, perhaps, we should return to listen to it, our River, as it tells us about that time and this, as it murmurs its prayer that in its waters may reflect only smiles, carefree children's games, thoughts filled with hope, verses that speak of love. The appointment will be an opportunity to gather united in this meaningful listening, sheltered under the geodesic dome that towers in the garden of the Association “La Casa Rossa” in Fossalta di Piave. A moment of reflection that passes through the words of the two interpreters and the strings of the guitar.

TEDx Jesolo
On Sunday September 20, 2026, the Teatro Vivaldi in Jesolo hosts TEDxJesolo 2026, the event dedicated to ideas worth sharing. Following the success of TEDxWomen Jesolo, an official TEDx appointment returns, inviting us to view reality from new perspectives. The theme of this edition is "Taboo": an invitation to respectfully and openly address topics that are often avoided. Creating space for uncomfortable themes means listening to diverse experiences, overcoming prejudices, and imagining a more aware community. Program2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Registration3:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. First talk session4:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Coffee break and networking5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Second talk session and final greetings A universal wordTaboo comes from the Polynesian tapu, meaning forbidden, sacred. It is one of the few terms that have entered almost all languages of the world without changing form — and this is not a coincidence. Every culture has its taboos: invisible boundaries that influence how we think, act, and relate to one another, often without even realizing it.There are taboos about the body and health. About relationships and family. About work, failure, and death. About the technology that scares us but we do not know how to discuss. About society that is changing faster than we can accept.Choosing Taboo as a theme does not mean wanting to provoke. It means acknowledging that the boundaries of what is possible to say, think, and imagine together — need to be redefined. A stage for what is not saidTEDxJesolo 2026 aims to be that space: a stage for ideas that often remain only in the minds of those who think them. Not a place for breaking norms for the sake of scandal, but a space for conscious liberation. Where the courage to cross one’s boundaries becomes storytelling, and the storytelling becomes shared possibility. On stage, we will bring true stories, unexpected perspectives, and speakers who have had the courage to face their own taboos — and to tell them without filters....

22 MAY
Moonlight Half Marathon
The Moonlight Half Marathon awaits you in Jesolo on Saturday, May 22, 2027, for an evening of sports, excitement, and fun. The start is scheduled for around 7:30 p.m., with generally mild temperatures, ranging between 17°C and 23°C, ideal for running at sunset. Before the race, it will be possible to pick up your bib, timing chip, and race packet at the Moonlight Village in Piazza Milano, open on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The bib number will be assigned based on the registration date, while the starting grid will be determined by the best declared personal time in the last two years. There will be refreshment stations every 5 kilometers along the route with water and, from km 10, also supplements and cookies. On the seafront section, it will also be possible to cool off using the available showers. The timing service, managed by Evodata, will record the time at the start, at km 10, and at the finish line. After crossing the finish line, each participant will receive a medal and can enjoy the final refreshment at Parco Grifone. To facilitate event management, athletes are invited to use their own car or the accommodation facility as storage, while those arriving by public transport will have a dedicated service available. More information is available on the official event website.
