What it's like to live in Lido Centro

Lido Centro is the heart of Jesolo Lido: it runs from Piazza Mazzini — the town's emblematic square — to Piazza Manzoni, passing through Piazza Brescia, Piazza Trieste, Piazza Drago and Piazza Marconi. This is where the highest density of historic hotels, shops, restaurants, gelaterias and venues is concentrated, the ones that make Jesolo recognisable across Europe.

Along Via Bafile — the longest pedestrian promenade in Europe — boutiques, cocktail bars, gelaterias and pizzerias follow one another, while Piazza Mazzini and Piazza Brescia host free concerts, markets and events all summer long. In Piazza Drago rise the two towers of the Wave Platinum Tower, the modern, high-end residential landmark that has redefined the Lido's skyline. The beach is fully serviced, with equipped lidos and numbered sea access points.

It's the area for those who want everything within reach: nightlife, shopping, events and services. Families appreciate the safety of the pedestrian promenade, young people the variety of venues, investors the very high turnover of short lets. In return, in summer, you live with the rhythm and noise of the centre.

Frequently asked questions

Is it too chaotic in summer?

On the seafront and on Via Bafile, yes — the activity is non-stop, and it's part of the charm. On the back streets (2–3 blocks back) you sleep much more peacefully.

What are the towers of Piazza Drago?

They're the Wave Platinum Tower: two modern, high-end residential towers with amenities and sea views. They represent the Lido's new prestige builds, now right in Lido Centro.

Is it worth buying here to rent out?

It's the area with the highest turnover in Jesolo: a long season, constant demand, among the best yields. In return, competition is fierce and professional management is needed.

What stays open in winter?

Supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and several historic bars and restaurants. Piazza Mazzini empties out, but the centre doesn't shut down.

What's the difference from Lido Ovest?

Ovest is the stretch from the Faro up to just before Piazza Mazzini: same beach, but quieter. Centro is the heart of shopping, nightlife and events, with the highest density of hotels and venues.

And from Lido Est?

Est is the part beyond Piazza Manzoni, towards the Pineta: residential and quiet. Centro is exactly the opposite: life, noise and everything within reach.
